How do I order?

You can order online through the website, www.gemlinejewelry.com. The payment options are credit card (Paypal) or BDO Bank Deposit. If you do not want to register an account with us, simply check out as a guest and follow the instructions to place your order.

If you have an account with us, you can process and submit your order.

 If you already have an account with us but you forgot your password, please click “forgot password” in the log in page and wait for the instructions to be emailed to you.

What is the price range of your jewelry?

It ranges from PhP3,000.00 – PhP150,000.00.

How long until I receive my order?

1-3 Business days for non-personalized orders within Metro Manila

3-6 Business days for non-personalized orders outside Metro Manila

7 Business days for ENGRAVED orders within Metro Manila

7-14 Business days for ENGRAVED orders outside Metro Manila

Please note that we only process orders during Business days (Mondays to Fridays) from 8AM to 5PM except on Public Holidays. For example, if we receive payment on Friday night, we will process your order on Monday. Rest assured, we will try to process your orders ASAP.

Can your jewelry be engraved?

Yes. We engrave some Rings, Necklaces and Bracelets. It will be noted on the description if it is engrave-able or you can ask a GEMLINE Sales Receptionist which jewelry can be engraved.

Can you make customized jewelry?

As of the moment, we do not customize jewelry.

Can your jewelry be pawned?

Yes. While we assure you that our Karats are standard and correct, other pawnshops will try to lower your jewelry’s Karats when they appraise your item so that they can get your jewelry for a cheaper or lower value.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

Gold jewelry does not tarnish therefore GEMLINE jewelry will not tarnish. Faded, scratched or lackluster yellow and rose gold can look fresh again by re-dipping the jewelry in gold. We do not do gold re-dipping at the moment, but it will be part of our services soon! In the meantime, a local goldsmith can easily do it.

Is GEMLINE jewelry hypoallergenic?

Hypoallergenic (especially of cosmetics and textiles) means it is relatively unlikely to cause an allergic reaction or “below normal” or “slightly” allergenic. The term was coined by the cosmetics industry in the 1950’s, and became a popular marketing term for jewelry soon afterwards. Many people are allergic to nickel, so “nickel free” and “hypoallergenic” are sometimes considered synonymous. The most common jewelry allergy is to nickel, a natural white metal that is often mixed with other metals to create an alloy. Nickel is a common allergy and almost 15% of the population is allergic to nickel. Nickel can be found in many products that touch skin, ranging from earring posts, body jewelry, eyeglass frames, watchbands, button, zippers, and costume jewelry, to basic hair pins.

Hypoallergenic jewelry is jewelry that is made out of pure metals such as platinum, 18k gold, fine silver, sterling silver, titanium, copper, and stainless steel. GEMLINE Jewelry is made of gold, therefore our jewelry should be hypoallergenic for those that are not allergic to pure metals such as silver and gold.

What are your policies on returns and exchanges?

Please note that we do not accept refunds or change items, so please be sure you are 100% in love with your purchases before clicking the checkout button.

We do not accept exchanges for personalized items. Once the item has been engraved, it can no longer be exchanged.

We DO accept exchanges on ring sizes if there are other sizes available. Most rings only come in one size as well as the rest of the other products that are not rings. Please email info@gemlinejewelry.com  to inquire if the ring you would like to exchange has other available sizes. Usually, the available sizes are shown in the size category before clicking “Add to Cart”. If there is only one (1) size on the size category, that means we only have one (1) size available for that style. If your order is cleared for exchange, we will be emailing you the Exchange receipt.

We also accept exchanges if the item delivered to you ARRIVED damaged. Please email info@gemlinejewelry right away, with the photo of the damaged product attached as we only accept exchanges within seven (7) days from the delivery date and we will email you the Exchange receipt.

What if I want to try out the items in person? Where are your branches/stores?

What are your modes of payment?

We accept payment through credit card (PayPal) and BDO bank deposits.

For bank deposits: Our bank information will be emailed to you once you have submitted your order. We will need to confirm with BDO Unibank if your deposit is valid before we process your order

How much is your shipping fee?

Shipping is FREE for locations within Metro Manila. P150 for locations outside Metro Manila. We do not do international shipping yet, but we will keep you posted when we do! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates (@gemlinejewelry).

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number after payment has been confirmed. You can also check the status of your order by signing into your account and then selecting the option to view order. It will indicate whether your order has been processed and show the tracking number. If there is no tracking number but your order has been processed, your order must have been sent via GRAB Express which is shipping delivered within the day by a GRAB Express driver.

Can you engrave jewelry NOT from GEMLINE?

No, GEMLINE cannot engrave jewelry that is not from us in case of damage.

What is your jewelry made of? Is your jewelry made of gold and how many karats?

GEMLINE Jewelry is made of 14 Karat or 18 Karat gold. Sometimes we will have 24 Karat gold jewelry in store. Sometimes the jewelry is adorned with semi-precious and precious stones such as diamonds, pearls, colored stones and cubic zirconia.

Do you have Silver Jewelry?

No, but our other brand, RAM Jewelry (Rock And Metal Jewelry) is a silver jewelry brand. You can shop online at www.ramjewlery.com or visit their 4 branches. Their Instagram account is @ramjewelry.ph.

Is your jewelry okay for people with acidic skin?

Yes because Gold does not tarnish. If it darkens, just clean it with a jewelry cloth cleaner.

Can you repair or resize jewelry?

As of the moment, we do not repair or resize jewelry but we can recommend plateros/goldsmiths located in Greenhills or Cubao.

What if the jewelry I want is out of stock?

Please visit or call our branches, as the items online may also be available there. See branches link on the website.

What are your store hours?

Our stores follow the mall hours of their current locations which tend to change especially during mall sales or holidays.
